We wanted to truly transport the audience to somewhere they’d imagined but perhaps never experienced before. Our goal was to showcase The Estates as one of SODIC’s most prestigious offerings, creating a sense of exclusiveness that would impress would-be buyers for whom exclusivity and prestige are paramount criteria when selecting their places of residence. This resulted in an identity and communication campaign that reflected utmost luxury and sophistication.
